What do reservation contract ?
Do you have a favorite for a new real estate program in progress ? Be careful before signing your reservation contract (or preliminary contract). THE reservation contract is an important document: it obliges the’organizer to book accommodation for you in the chosen program. It also specifies the conditions under which the sale will take place.
On your part, the stakes are lower. You have 10 days after signing to withdraw. Study the contract carefully and n’do not hesitate to ask questions to your interlocutors.
Vefa reservation contract: is the mandatory information indicated ?
I’ purchase off plan, also called sale in the future state of’completion (Vefa), is very protective for the’Buyer. VS’is highly regulated by law.
Verify that all required information is included:
- List of elements (area, location in the building or subdivision, number of rooms, data sheet’information about the’equipment and materials used…) Even if this is not’is not mandatory, it is d’use to fix housing plans.

Vefa reservation contract: you pay a deposit
When signing the reservation contract, it is d’use to pay a deposit. The maximum amount is determined on the basis of the expected date of signature of the final contract: 5% if the contract is signed within’one year and 2% s’it is signed within’one to two years. If this period is longer than two years, then no money can be claimed from you.
Even if the signing of the Reservation Contract mainly concerns your seller. If you cancel your purchase, you your deposit. However, except in certain situations:
- The final sale price exceeds the estimated price by more than 5%.
